William O. Loy is a Biology undergraduate at Ursinus College. Originally from Coplay, Pennsylvania, he began his undergraduate studies at Ursinus in Fall 2015. His current research project is to investigate antimicrobial silver nanosphere interactions with serum albumin, and their impact on ligand binding.
Will has been awarded a Merit Scholarship to attend Ursinus. When not studying or doing research, he plays intramural basketball, and is an active brother of the Theta-Sigma chapter of Sigma Pi fraternity. Will is a summer camp counselor back home.
